Jim founded Tri-Link Contracting after his military service, bringing the same discipline, integrity, and zero-shortcuts mentality from the service into every project. He personally touches base with every customer and walks every completed project before signing off.
Nate handles free estimates and project consultations — meeting homeowners and business owners on-site across PA, WV & OH to assess roofing, siding, gutter, and window needs. He delivers detailed written proposals with transparent pricing and zero pressure.
Paul works directly with homeowners across Pennsylvania, walking them through every option — shingle types, siding profiles, financing plans, and insurance claim support. With decades of industry experience, Paul makes sure you understand exactly what you're getting and why — no pressure, no jargon.
Lisa runs sales out of our Elyria, Ohio office — serving Lorain County, Avon, Avon Lake, and surrounding communities. She knows Ohio homeowners face unique Lake Erie weather challenges, and she tailors every recommendation accordingly.
